Follow the bank, and the water leads you home.

The ninth sefirah (Yesod) is El Chai, the Living God. It draws kindness and life down into Adonai. It is also called El Shaddai, which the Talmud reads as 'He who said to His world: Enough (dai)'. Gikatilla's inner reading is that Shaddai pours food and blessing into Adonai until creatures tire of saying 'enough', and it also says 'enough' to suffering. That is why Jacob blessed and prayed by El Shaddai. Its other name is the Source of Living Waters, which spring from the upper Eden and the Infinite. If you walk along this stream's bank and don't leave it, it leads you back to its source.
