Like lightning: out, and back to the place.

The sefirot look like a flash of lightning (the image of Ezekiel 1:14), and they have no end. God's word moves in them as they run and return. At His command they chase like a storm and bow before His throne. The next mishnah turns this into a practice: hold back your mouth from speaking and your heart from thinking. If they run ahead, return to the place, as the living creatures of Ezekiel's vision ran and returned. Here belimah is read as restraint, and on this a covenant was made.
