שתי אבנים בונות שני בתיםStones That Build Houses

Seven stones, five thousand forty houses, then silence.

The doubles engrave every set of seven: seven worlds, firmaments, lands, seas, rivers and deserts, along with days, weeks, years, sabbatical cycles and jubilees, and the holy palace. So God "loved the sevenths" under heaven. Then the book calls letters stones and words houses. Two stones build two houses, three build six, four build twenty-four, five build 120, six build 720 and seven build 5,040. From here on, go and count what the mouth cannot speak and the ear cannot hear. It is an early statement of what we now call factorial growth: permutation multiplies past all telling.
