Three letters, six orders, every direction sealed.

Sefirot five to ten are the six directions of space. God chose three letters from the simples, yod, he and vav, "in the secret of" the three mothers. He set them in His great Name and sealed each direction with one of their six orders. In the Gra's text: above יהו, below היו, east ויה, west והי, south יוה, north הוי. The standard text orders all but the first differently. Mishnah 1:14 sums up the ten: the Breath of the Living God, breath from breath, water from breath, fire from water, and height, depth, east, west, north and south.
