תלי בעולם כמלך על כסאוTeli, the Dragon

teli ba-olam ke-melekh al kis'oIn Gamatria ↗

A dragon on the throne, a heart at war.

Three overseers stand over the witnesses: teli, galgal and heart. The teli in the world is like a king on his throne. The galgal (cycle) in the year is like a king in his province. The heart in the soul is like a king at war. Teli, literally the "hanger", is usually understood as the celestial dragon or axis around which the sky turns. God made one opposite the other, good against evil, each showing the other for what it is. The heart's war has sides: three friends, three enemies, three that give life and three that kill. One stands over three, three over seven, seven over twelve, all bound together.
