Ten kinds of song against one kind of fall.
As a remedy for a night-time seminal emission (keri), R. Nachman tells a person to recite ten psalms on the same day. Part I, Lesson 205 explains that Psalms was composed in ten expressions of song (Pesachim 117a, Zohar), and that each one is the opposite of the force behind this harm. Ashrei means seeing, against damaged sight; hallel answers wailing. Part II, Lesson 92 later names the ten (Psalms 16, 32, 41, 42, 59, 77, 90, 105, 137, 150) and promises that whoever says them that day need no longer fear the blemish. Breslov tradition calls this the Tikkun HaKlali.
