Not the strongest but the lightest-hearted wins.

A rule for the inner struggle: when two wrestle, the sluggish one loses easily, even if he is stronger. Victory over the impulse is the same. Heaviness comes from sadness and a stony heart; it loses. Quickness comes from joy and an open heart; it wins. There is a place for a broken heart over one's failings, but only at set times, and it should give way to the joy that follows it, like light that is brighter for coming out of darkness. Worldly worries are met by trusting that even hidden things are good.
