Raise the innermost point, and every circle around it rises.

Everything has an inner and an outer side: in the world, in each people, in each person — the point in the heart and the body — and in the Torah, its secrets and its practice. Part and whole mirror each other 'like two drops of water', so whoever honors the inner raises every inner side in the world, and neglect lowers them. Writing in the 1940s, after the destruction of European Jewry, Ashlag calls the survivors to raise the inner Torah, through which the exile ends in mercy.
