Every finished level hides the first spark of the next.

At birth a person has only the 'back' of a holy Nefesh, a point set in the heart. After thirteen, even mitzvot done without intention purify the 'still' part of desire, building the point's 613 limbs into a whole Nefesh. Every level born carries a point of the level above. Mitzvot with intention build Ruach; the secrets of Torah and the reasons for the mitzvot build Neshamah; true intention in every mitzvah builds Chayah, and with it Yechidah.
