Abel's nefesh and ruach were mixed with evil, but his neshamah was entirely good. The good of his nefesh went to Seth and its evil to Bilaam (later Naval). His ruach went to Noah and was spread among Shem, Ham and Japheth. His pure neshamah came in Moses, which is why 'she saw he was good'. The letters of Seth, Shem and Abel are hidden in the name Moshe. Moses' sparks spread to 600,000, he returns in every generation to repair it, and he will rise again with the generation of the desert in the final generation.
