He who left no one is built again, wholly, from one kept spark.

A man who dies childless is 'as if he never existed', and his first body counts as nothing. His whole nefesh therefore returns through his brother's levirate union, building a new body that becomes his main one at the resurrection. The first body keeps only the spark (ruach) he left in his wife at their first union. Unlike an ordinary return, yibum is like a completely new building, so all three parts, nefesh, ruach and neshamah, can be gained in that single life ('if he sets his heart, he gathers his spirit and breath to him').
